AgMIP: Advances in Crop & Soil Model Intercomparison and Improvement Oral
Oral Session
ASA Section: Climatology and Modeling
The Agricultural Model Intercomparison and Improvement Project (AgMIP) is an innovative integrated effort to assess the vulnerability and resilience of agricultural systems through modeling studies. There has been lot of activities underway in terms of model intercomparison for growth and evapotranspiration simulations and further on model improvements. We invite papers discussing the theoretical and experimental aspects of these modeling exercises, providing insightful information on the crop models’ accuracy, uncertainty, and limitation.
