161 Effects of Drought On Crop Yields and Food Security

Drought is a very real threat to the global food supply, and many approaches are needed to mitigate its effects. This session will examine the possible solutions to water scarcity that can be found in water and soil management, cropping systems, and crop selection and breeding among many other possibilities that can maintain food production.
